The swimming pool and surrounding park area (including the playground) are an important amenity for Foster Mill Village residents. Come check it out!
Since 2008, Fosters Mill Village has joined in the greater Kingwood Pool Tag Program. All participating villages issue pool tag wristbands to their residents and require that all pool users wear a wristband. The wristband allows the user into any Community Pool in the Joint Pool Agreement that are members of Kingwood Service Association (KSA). Fosters Mill CA will once again participate in the Program for this swim season. Your feedback as to the importance of this program is appreciated. Please leave a comment through e-form or attend the monthly FMVCA meeting at 7:30 PM on the first Wednesday of each month and voice your opinion.POOL NEWS UPDATE (May 20, 2021)
PROCEDURE FOR POOL TAGS
Applications are available on this website and at the pool. Fill out the application and mail it into the address shown on the application, or submit the application electronically as noted below, or deliver the application to the lifeguard at the pool gate. For applications submitted via mail or electronically, wristbands will be available for pickup at the pool generally within a week. For those submitting their application at the pool, wristbands will be issued by the lifeguards at that time, unless they are otherwise occupied with other duties (but usually promptly). Residents must execute the waiver of Liability, Disclaimer, and Indemnity Agreement available at the pool.
A photo ID or utility bill will be required to pick up your wrist bands at the pool.
No wrist bands will be issued to homeowners or their renters with outstanding balances on their Association accounts (over $100). To find out your status or to make arrangements to pay, please call Kingwood Association Management at 281 359 1102.
Lost or damaged wrist bands may be replaced for $3.00 each.
Everyone must always wear their wristband on their wrist while at the pool.
Wrist bands will be available for a fee to non-residents, which is offered to preserve our Association’s tax-exempt status.
We are following CDC Guidelines and they are posted at the pool.
You may download and fill out the paper form
if that is your preference. If you are logged in, you may apply online
